Terms and Conditions.

Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions that relate to your shoot. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know before you attend.

Before Your Shoot.

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions (physical or mental) before you attend your shoot.

  • You should also inform us if there is anything we can do to help make your visit more enjoyable.

  • You should let us know if you intend to bring in any personal objects that you would like included in the shoot.

Please use this time to ask any questions you may have about your shoot or any other aspect of your visit.

 

Please remember that....

During Your Shoot.

We want your visit to our studio to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible for both you and our team.

We must therefore remind you that...

  • Children MUST be supervised at all times.

  • Staff must be made aware of any conditions before the beginning of your shoot.

  • We use flash photography, anyone who suffers from photosensitivity is advised not to attend.

  • The maximum number of attendees is 5 (unless otherwise agreed prior) including children.

  • Attendees are not permitted to take photographs or videos whilst at the studio.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know ASAP so that we may be able to offer the time slot to someone else. As a small business, this is really helpful to us and we really appreciate it.

  • Refunds are usually not given as payments taken are to cover the allocated studio time.

  • Standard studio shoots. In exceptional circumstances we may offer a partial refund provided, a minimum of 48hrs notice was given and we were able to secure another paid booking in the same time slot.

  • Cake Smash Shoots. In exceptional circumstances we may offer a partial refund provided, a minimum of 7 days (this is when we order any extra items required) notice was given and we were able to secure another paid booking in the same time slot.

Booking fee.

In order to keep our prices as low as possible we sometimes need to take a small booking fee to secure your appointments. By doing so we have 90% fewer 'no-shows'. This means we waste less time waiting for someone who doesn't show up.

 

Therefore please remember that...

  • No appointment is booked unless paid.

  • All booking fees are held until after your viewing appointment.

  • Failure to attend your shoot or viewing will forfeit the return of your fee, if applicable.

  • No refund will be given unless a minimum of 48 hours' notice is received for our studio sessions or 7 days' notice for a cake smash session.

Refunds

As all items sold are unique and custom-made, with the exception of faulty or defective items, we are not able to offer refunds should you change your mind after your items have been ordered.

All items are to be inspected before you leave our studio.

Should you feel that your items are faulty you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, we will then arrange for a replacement to be supplied.

WHAT IS PAYPAL PAY IN 3 and KLARNA?

PayPal Pay in 3 and Klarna are interest-free loans that let you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at the time of purchase and subsequent payments due on the same date every month.

 

Please note that these are a form of credit, so carefully consider whether you can afford the repayments to avoid late fees and possible impact on your credit score.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE PAYPAL PAY IN 3 or KLARNA?

If you choose PayPal Pay in 3 or Klarna as your payment method, you’ll be taken through the application process. You’ll get a decision instantly, but not everyone will be approved based on PayPal or Klarna's internal checks.

HOW LONG WILL MY  PLAN LAST?

This will depend on the repayment option you choose during checkout.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO APPLY?

To apply, you’ll need to provide your:

  • Title

  • Full Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Phone number

  • Address

  • Debit card information

HOW IS MY APPLICATION ASSESSED?

The decision-making process is automated. Paypal or Klarna assesses your financial position using a combination of the information you provided within your application, and information about your usage and history with them to decide whether it is suitable for you at this time.

WILL APPLYING IMPACT MY CREDIT FILE?

If needed, PayPal or Klarna will run a soft credit check with an external credit reference agency. This leaves no permanent mark on a customer’s credit record if they choose not to progress. However, if a customer decides to use their services, they will report their ongoing performance to credit reference agencies in order to promote responsible lending. So, it’s important that you’re able to keep up your repayments and that you’re comfortable that they’re affordable.

ARE THERE ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE OPTIONS?

There are no fees for you if you choose to pay with PayPal Pay in 3 or Klarna, however, if you are late with a payment, you will be charged a late fee. The current fees will be explained during your application so it is vital that you read and understand them before proceeding.
